“From entering the Registration hall to talking with strangers and becoming friends with each other, from late night laughter’s to ringing doorbells of other YLCians and running back like crazy little kids, from rushing towards the conference halls to sleeping behind the chairs, all the YLCians made a place in everyone’s heart secretly” – These were the lines of one of the YLC participant – Hassan, who represented ibex. in Young Leaders Conference(YLC) 2019. Opening new horizons and providing extravagant grooming opportunity to employees, is at the core of ibex. Following its ambition, ibex sent two of her employees to represent ibex. in YLC’19. In addition, ibex was the cause partner for this event. YLC was a youth conference of six days, with 325 participants all across Pakistan, held in Pearl Continental Lahore & Chandbagh School. The event kicked start from the Speech of Kambha (Kamran Rizvi Director School of Leadership) who made them think differently and not only for themselves, instead, for the entire community. Then meet up with the different CEO’s Politicians, Entrepreneurs, Writers, Speakers, and the conference ended with the Sheepa (Shereen Naqvi Founder, School of leadership). The prime purpose of this conference was to develop confidence in our youth and to polish their leadership abilities by making them participate in a series of different activities.
